Congratulations to Anna Kittelson – 2019 Idaho State Women’s Amateur Champion

Congratulations to Paul Weyland Golf student Anna Kittelson for winning the 2019 Idaho State Women’s Amateur by 5 shots. 

Anna posted a final round 74 in very windy conditions. She faced some adversity on the final back nine but stayed in the process and finished strong.

I started coaching Anna when she was in the 7th grade, and I could always see her potential. Her family moved to Texas where she completed high school. Anna is a sophomore on a near full golf scholarship at Midwestern State University in Texas. I have been working with Anna the past two summers and when she is home on holiday. She has been working hard, and it’s nice to see her hard work paying off.
