Another congratulations to Paul Weyland Junior Golf student Carson Barry for his outstanding finish at the 2016 AJGA Sunriver Junior Open. Carson posted scores of 72, 71, and 69 to finish in 3rd place. I am really proud of Carson. He played in this tournament last year and finished T16.
Carson has had a great summer and is showing consistent improvement each year. He is focusing on the process of improvement in all aspects of his game including nutrition, fitness, mental, and swing. His commitment to this process is showing in his scores and his Junior Golf Scoreboard ranking which is now 193!
I am looking forward to my upcoming trip in October with Carson, his dad, and my wife to the Michael Jacobs and Max Prokopy Golf School. They are continuing to help all of us reach our goals!
