Carson Barry finished 2nd in the 2016 5A District High School tournament
Jake O’Neil, a freshman at Fruitland High and Paul Weyland Golf Strive for Excellence student, shot a 73 to win the 2016 3A High School District championship by six strokes.
Carson Barry, a sophomore at Rocky Mountain and Paul Weyland Golf Elite Player Development student, shot a 69 to tie Josh Gliege, and lost in a playoff for the 4A High School District championship. Carson was 2 strokes behind Josh on the back nine of the demanding Quail Hollow Golf Course and played an impressive 2 under par on the back to tie.
