Long time student Maribel Lopez Porras quaifies for LPGA Q School stage III

Congratulations to Maribel Lopez Porras, long time student from the Leadbetter Golf Academy, for qualifying for LPGA Q School stage III.  Going into the final round, Maribel was one shot inside the number needed to qualify for stage III, the final stage of LPGA Q School. She faced the adversity and shot an even par 72 to move on to stage III.

Maribel has not only worked very hard, she has worked smart and practiced properly doing her block practice, random practice, and games.  More important, she has great attitude and perspective on golf and life. She understands that it’s about the journey and not the destination.
